Fridge Factory FAQ
Do you have callout service for repair? Yes. Our technician will go to your place to fix the problem. There is a callout fee $75 plus labour ($20/15mins) and parts.
Do your products come with warranty? Yes. All our appliances have been tested in the workshop and sold with warranty.
Do you rent out your appiances? No.We consider that in most cases the cost of buying a cheap one would be less than renting.
Do you take order for items currently not in your show room? YES. You are welcome to leave your order with us, as some models are either hard to find or hard to keep in the shop. Please note, due to the limited space, we can't stock too many items at one time.
So if you do need something and you can't find, especially those in high demand factory second appliances, please let us know. We'll ring you as soon as we get them in. Do you deliver? Yes. Our regular local delivery man (Dave pictured left) who is an independant contractor will deliver for you, 6 days a week. It costs from $45. Most of our products are delivered same day. In some circumstances such as emergency deliveries, we have a ute for pick up and delivery of whitegoods. Do you stock specific brands and models? No. We have different brands and models continuously coming in and out.However,As we are primarily a second hand dealer, for factory second products, we stock most of Westinghouse, Simpson, Chef, Electrolux, Kelvinator.
And we can be on the lookout for you for a particular brand and model so give us a call. Do you do lay by? YES. Generally, with a deposit paid in advance, you can pay it off in 4 weeks. Fridge Factory Contact details: |
